Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Yumarta ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

License

Yumarta grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

Subscriptions & Payments

Access to the full feature set of Yumarta requires an active paid subscription. All payments are processed securely by Paddle. Subscription fees are charged annually in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Free Trial

Yumarta may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, access to full features will require a paid subscription. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
  • Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the Software to third parties.
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of Yumarta or its licensors. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Yumarta does not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yumarta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

Yumarta reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the Software or its users. Upon termination, your license to use the Software immediately ceases.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
